The Super Session

A Super Session is a 60min comprehensive physical assessment involving standardized and evidence based tests to measure flexibility, strength, balance, co-ordination or power. 

One session at the start of the 10 weeks, to help us better understand the problem and what we need to do about it, and one at the end to help us determine how much progress we’ve made.


Essentially, the Super Session is a bit like the Director of our project; directing, overseeing and most importantly, ensuring results.

  • Perhaps you’re interested in learning more about your body, how it moves and the potential source of your recurrent pain or injury but you’re not ready to undertake a 10 week personalised program?

  • Maybe you want to learn if your current exercise regime is really working? If your body or your health & fitness goals might benefit from a shift in the focus of your program?

The Super Session can also be conducted as a stand alone package separate to The 10 week (Movement) Plan of Action. Recommended to be utilised at both the start and completion of a training block. Chat with Tracey to learn more.
